Plain-English terms for our text messaging program.

Texting is optional. We only text you if you ask us to. Reply STOP any time and we stop. Reply HELP any time and a real person helps you. We never sell your number.
A Touch of Blessings Learning Academy operates a text messaging program for families who are inquiring about enrollment and for families whose children attend our centers. Messages relate to enrollment, tours, paperwork, your child’s daily care, scheduling, closures, and urgent announcements.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may decline text messages and still inquire, tour, enroll, and attend. We will simply reach you by phone or email instead.
You opt in by checking the optional text messaging box on our enrollment form or family contact form, or by sending us a text first. We keep a record of your consent and the date you gave it.
Message frequency varies. During enrollment you may receive several messages as we schedule a tour and complete paperwork. Once your child is enrolled, frequency depends on your child’s care and on announcements such as closures.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. A Touch of Blessings does not charge you for text messages.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You may also email management@atouchofblessing.com or call (215) 236-5439 and ask us to remove you.
Opting out of texts does not withdraw your child or affect your enrollment in any way.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives. Please do not rely on text messages alone for time-critical or emergency matters — we will also call you.
Our messages are sent to United States mobile numbers. Not all handsets or carriers support every message type.
Your mobile number and your consent are treated as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the messaging platform that delivers your messages on our behalf, and never for that platform’s own purposes.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
